THE MISSION
Climate Crusader, Inc is a league of sustainable superheroes championing: climate resilience, ecological awareness, and advocating environmental justice for all. We are here to inspire, educate, and enact solution-based actions to the climate crisis using well researched scientific educational materials, eye catching media content, multi-generational public activations, a web of organizational partnerships and a multicultural approach to climate justice.

THE ORIGIN STORY
Conceived in 2017, Climate Crusader was brought into being by artist, activist and community educator Alexander Zastera. As they started to understand the complexities of the effects of climate change, Zastera saw the need for more scientific communication in a city awaiting its fate as the next Atlantis.

Through research program intensives like Catalyst Miami's CLEAR program, personal study, advocacy at city hall, friendships with scientists, policy makers, activists, engineers, doctors, artists, city planners, community members & more, Zastera continues to build the Climate Crusader vision to advocate for a cooler tomorrow.
