Sandra L. Portal-Andreu is a Miami native of Cuban/Colombian descent. She obtained a B.F.A. from Florida State University, and a M.S. from Barry University. She comes with over 20 years of performance and education experience, which includes working with entities such as the Florida Grand Opera, Arts Ballet Theater of South Florida, Miami City Ballet, Miami Light Project, MDC Live Arts, and New World School of the Arts.

Sandra is the Miami Director & Southeast Regional Director of Impact for ProjectArt, overseeing 10 Residentsand over 400 students in Miami and New Orleans.
